Building a high-performance strategic design team, capability, experience, and culture. Managing software project portfolio of Artificial Intelligence in document space. Created several processes and framework tools to enable the successful delivery of highly ambiguous projects. Helping to solve emerging challenges with Experience Strategy, UX, and Product Design.
